Cross Training

CrossFit is NOT a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. CrossFit’s specialty is Not to specialize. You never know what type of workout you will be in for.

CrossFit incorporates Olympic lifting, and gymnastics in their workouts. Exercises you may see us doing are muscle-ups, kipping pull-ups, power cleans, barbell over-head squats, and barbell snatches.

Competitive, performance driven.

Most all workouts and exercises are performed for reps, or rounds at a high intensity for the fastest time.

IRON FIT

Iron Fit programming is “specific” to burning fat and building lean muscle. Our workouts and schedule are structured and specific. One day we focus on Strength Training, the next day we focus on Conditioning/Cardio. You always know what type of workout you’re in for.

We eliminate Olympic lifting and gymnastics to prevent the likelihood of injury. We stick to basic compound movements such as squats, bench press, military press, bent over rows, deadlifts and strict pull-ups.

Our strength workouts are slow and controlled with form and safety being the main focus rather than speed. Our conditioning/cardio workouts are sometimes timed for comparison but safety is still the primary focus.
